Jon Stewart Owns Fox News… Again
I stumbled across this gem on Funny or Die, which borrowed it from Hulu.
Hilarious and on point.
One of my criticisms of the President has simply not seeing the stones that I thought he had. Well there they are. He done plopped them onto the table, calling out Republican logic in their face.
We, the reasonable, had been thinking it, but he needed to say it. Yes, we reasonable people know that tax cuts “across the board” won’t balance the budget and that only contributing Republican talking points won’t help the dialogue, but the President needed the rub their face in it. He needed to rub their faces in the massive deficit turd bucket that they created. I think it’s safe to say they now feel like shit.
Of course, as Mr. Stewart showed, Fox News showed little of the turd bath the Republicans were soaking in (turd references today!). My guess is they were too busy cleaning their shorts, but for the same reason MSNBC was.
