People Should Be Given Sun Days
People should be given sun days.
When I was a kid, I’d jump and dance like a fool upon hearing of a snow day. Kids look forward to snow days for a break from reality, to go play instead of work. Work isn’t fun!
Adults, for the most part, work 40 hours a week, normally from 9-5. 9-5! This is prime sun time. This is when the sun is shining at its brightest. Granted the sun doesn’t always come out, so that’s when people should work. On a truly beautiful, sunny day like today, people should be awarded with a sun day to go out, run around and be idiots.
Imagine rolling out of bed, turning on the news to see that work has been canceled due to a sunny day. People work too much as it is instead of enjoying life, so I don’t think a “sun day” would hurt anyone.
People should be given sun days. I’ll see you outside.
